Sakura Care – Delivery and Returns Policy

In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Book VI) and EU consumer protection directives, this policy applies to both service appointments and cosmetic product sales.

Service appointments (facials, laser, massages)

- Services are provided exclusively at our institute located at:
  Avenue des Celtes 55, 1040 Etterbeek, Brussels.
- No delivery applies to services.
- Appointment cancellation or rescheduling:
  - Free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
  - Less than 48 hours before, 50% of the service price will be charged
  - No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.

Cosmetic products

- Delivery area: Belgium and European Union.
- Delivery methods :
  - Home delivery via Bpost or equivalent carrier
  - Free in-store pickup (Click & Collect).
- Delivery times:
  - Belgium: 2–5 working days after order confirmation.
  - EU: 5–10 working days.
- Shipping fees:
  - Displayed at checkout based on weight and destination.
  - Free delivery for orders over €150 incl. VAT within Belgium.

Returns and right of withdrawal

- Under Article VI.47 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, you have 14 days from receipt of your product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or non-conforming products.
- Exceptions: for hygiene reasons, sealed products (e.g., creams, serums) that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products must be returned unused, complete, and in their original packaging

Return procedure

- Contact us by e-mail at info@sakuracare.be to notify your return request.
- Complete and include the official withdrawal form available here (Annex 2).
- Send your package to:
  SAKURA CARE – Avenue des Celtes 55, 1040 Etterbeek, Brussels – Belgium.
- Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
