Sakura Care – Legal Warranty of Conformity

In accordance with the Code of Economic Law (Book VI) and European Directive 1999/44/EC, all products sold by Sakura Care are covered by a legal warranty of two years from the date of physical receipt of the goods by the consumer.

Scope

  • The warranty covers any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and appearing within two years.

  • For cosmetics and hygiene products, the warranty applies within the lifetime or expiration date indicated on the packaging.

  • The warranty applies only to normal use in accordance with the instructions provided.

Your rights

  • You have the right to replace the product or, if this is impossible or disproportionate, to reduce the price or cancel the contract.

Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Damage caused by misuse.

  • Products modified by an unauthorized third party.

Claim procedure

    • Provide: order number, purchase date, description of the defect, photos if possible.
    • Return the product to:
      • SAKURA CARE – Avenue des Celtes 55, 1040 Etterbeek, Brussels – Belgium
    • Once inspected, we will inform you of the solution (repair, replacement, refund).
