Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article VI.45 of the Code of Economic Law, you have 14 days from the date of physical receipt of the goods to notify your decision to withdraw, without having to justify your decision.

Once you have made your decision, you have a further 14 days to return the product.

  1. Products concerned

    • Cosmetic products and accessories purchased online via our website.
    • This period starts from the physical receipt of the goods by the consumer or by a third party other than the carrier.

  1. Exceptions

In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods:

    • Purchased during an in-person service at our institute.
    • Made-to-order or personalised items.

  1. Procedure

    • To exercise your right of withdrawal:

      • You may (but are not obliged to) use the official withdrawal form (Appendix 2) available [here] or send us any clear statement expressing your decision.

      • Send your request by e-mail to info@sakuracare.be

      • Return the product to the following address:
        SAKURA CARE – Avenue des Celtes 55, 1040 Etterbeek, Brussels – Belgium

      Refund
      Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of the product or receipt of proof of shipment, whichever comes first.

      Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or non-conforming.
