General Terms & Conditions

  1. Scope

    These terms apply to all sales of cosmetic products and services (beauty treatments, laser hair removal, massages) offered by SAKURA CARE SRL, whether online or in-store.

  2. Prices

    • Prices are shown in euros (€), VAT included.

    • Service rates are displayed in-store and on our website.
    • Shipping fees, when applicable, are indicated before order confirmation.

  3. Orders

    • Online orders are confirmed by e-mail after payment validation.
    • SAKURA CARE reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons (out of stock, payment refusal, etc.).

  4. Payment

    • Accepted payment methods are listed in the “Payment Methods” section of the website.
    • No additional fee will be charged except those applied by your own bank.

  1. Delivery

    • Products are delivered in Belgium and the EU under the terms specified in the “Delivery & Returns” section.
    • Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination

  1. Right of Withdrawal

    • Customers have 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, under the conditions specified in the “Right of Withdrawal” section.

  1. Legal Warranty

    • All products benefit from a 2-year legal warranty against lack of conformity, in accordance with Belgian law.

  1. Cancellation of services

    • Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
    • Less than 48 hours before: 50% of the amount due.
    • No-shows: 100% of the amount due.

  1. Liability

    • SAKURA CARE cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of its products or services.
    • The use of devices or treatments must comply with the provided recommendations.

  1. Personal data

    • Data collected is processed in compliance with the GDPR.
    • You may exercise your rights by writing to info@sakuracare.be.

  1. Applicable law and jurisdiction

    • These terms are governed by Belgian law.
    • Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French-speaking courts of Brussels.
