These terms apply to all sales of cosmetic products and services (beauty treatments, laser hair removal, massages) offered by SAKURA CARE SRL, whether online or in-store.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€), VAT included.
Service rates are displayed in-store and on our website.
Shipping fees, when applicable, are indicated before order confirmation.
Orders
Online orders are confirmed by e-mail after payment validation.
SAKURA CARE reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons (out of stock, payment refusal, etc.).
Payment
Accepted payment methods are listed in the “Payment Methods” section of the website.
No additional fee will be charged except those applied by your own bank.
Delivery
Products are delivered in Belgium and the EU under the terms specified in the “Delivery & Returns” section.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers have 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, under the conditions specified in the “Right of Withdrawal” section.
Legal Warranty
All products benefit from a 2-year legal warranty against lack of conformity, in accordance with Belgian law.
Cancellation of services
Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Less than 48 hours before: 50% of the amount due.
No-shows: 100% of the amount due.
Liability
SAKURA CARE cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of its products or services.
The use of devices or treatments must comply with the provided recommendations.

Data collected is processed in compliance with the GDPR.
