In accordance with the Code of Economic Law (Book VI) and European Directive 1999/44/EC, all products sold by Sakura Care are covered by a legal warranty of two years from the date of physical receipt of the goods by the consumer.
Scope
- The warranty covers any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and appearing within two years.
- For cosmetics and hygiene products, the warranty applies within the lifetime or expiration date indicated on the packaging.
- The warranty applies only to normal use in accordance with the instructions provided.
Your rights
You have the right to replace the product or, if this is impossible or disproportionate, to reduce the price or cancel the contract.
Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse.
- Products modified by an unauthorized third party.
Claim procedure

- Provide: order number, purchase date, description of the defect, photos if possible.
- Return the product to: SAKURA CARE – Avenue des Celtes 55, 1040 Etterbeek, Brussels – Belgium
- Once inspected, we will inform you of the solution (repair, replacement, refund).
