Scope
These terms apply to all sales of cosmetic products and services (beauty treatments, laser hair removal, massages) offered by SAKURA CARE SRL, whether online or in-store.
Prices
- Prices are shown in euros (€), VAT included.
- Service rates are displayed in-store and on our website.
- Shipping fees, when applicable, are indicated before order confirmation.
Orders
- Online orders are confirmed by e-mail after payment validation.
- SAKURA CARE reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons (out of stock, payment refusal, etc.).
Payment
- Accepted payment methods are listed in the Payment Methods section of the website.
- No additional fee will be charged except those applied by your own bank.
Delivery
- Products are delivered in Belgium and the EU under the terms specified in the Delivery & Returns section.
- Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination.
Right of withdrawal
- Customers have 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, under the conditions specified in the Right of Withdrawal section.
Legal warranty
- All products benefit from a 2-year legal warranty against lack of conformity, in accordance with Belgian law.
Cancellation of services
- Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Less than 48 hours before: 50% of the amount due.
- No-shows: 100% of the amount due.
Liability
- SAKURA CARE cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of its products or services.
- The use of devices or treatments must comply with the provided recommendations.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by Belgian law.
